In the event that a client does not appear for a scheduled reservation and fails to cancel the service in advance (“No-Show”), the reservation will be considered completed, and Ritzy & Chic LLC shall remain entitled to full compensation for the scheduled service.
(A) Airport Transfers & Point-to-Point Transportation
For transfer services, airport transportation, and long-distance rides, a reservation will be considered a No-Show if the client or guest does not arrive within thirty (30) minutes of the scheduled pickup time at the agreed pickup location.
For airport pickups or long-distance train station pickups, a reservation will be considered a No-Show if the client or guest does not arrive within sixty (60) minutes of the scheduled pickup time at the agreed pickup location.
No-Show reservations are billed in full. However, additional waiting-time charges will not apply once the reservation is classified as a No-Show.
This policy does not apply if the chauffeur and client have communicated directly and mutually agreed upon a delayed pickup time. In such cases, applicable waiting-time charges may apply.
As a general rule, scheduled pickup times cannot be modified once the reservation has been confirmed.
(B) Hourly Chauffeur Reservations
For hourly chauffeur services, a reservation will be considered a No-Show if the client or guest fails to appear at the agreed pickup location before the booked service duration expires, calculated from the original scheduled pickup time.
For airport or train station hourly reservations, a reservation will be considered a No-Show if the client or guest does not appear before the reserved hourly booking period has ended.
Clients are fully responsible for all charges associated with No-Show hourly reservations.
This policy does not apply if the chauffeur and client have communicated directly and agreed upon a revised pickup time. Hourly reservations begin at the originally scheduled pickup time regardless of the client’s arrival time.
Any requested extensions beyond the originally reserved service duration are subject to additional charges and availability.
As a general rule, scheduled pickup times cannot be modified once the reservation has been confirmed.
